Room is not really hc accessible. Bars in tub but no shower seat or bench. Bars and handheld shower do not meet ADA guidelines. Toilet is not ADA height compliant, and sink has shelves underneath so that guests cannot roll up to it. Chair in room is dirty and the seat is barely connected to the frame--dangerous for anyone! Metal bar between hall carpet and bathroom flooring is bent and cut my toe. Staff did bring up bandaids and clean up the trail of blood across the bathroom floor. A rubber, non slip tub mat is needed for inside the tub. Tub surface is very slippery. There was a smear of dried blood on the corner wall next to the sink, with small splatters on the wall next to the sink. I used a washcloth and soap to clean it all off, but housekeeping should have noticed that and cleaned it with bleach. Towels were plentiful, and the management needs to be aware that many people with disabilities will use more towels -- a wet one on the floor of the tub prevents slipping, and more towels on the floor help prevent slipping on water. The bathroom floor is slippery when wet, and risks any guest falling. The manager, when educated about ADA compliance, did go out to the local medical supply business I found on line, and purchased a shower bench so that I was then able to shower -- he did the right thing there. When I first got to the room, the wide entry hall was great, however, I could not get my walker into the room until the motel handyman moved the fridge-microwave unit further into the room and back against the wall. Then, I discovered that my walker would not pass between the bed and desk/dresser combo, which did not allow me to reach the heater/ac unit, or the far side of the bed. On the near side of the bed, the distance between the bed and wall was too narrow for my walker to pass to safely get in bed. On my 2nd morning, the manager, head housekeeper, and handyman all came up and recognized the problems with insufficient spaces around the bed.

Debra

The stay was nice being do close to the race track, but very outdated and rusty. The bathroom was all rust with no place to hang the toilet tissue. My crad was over charged and I was told that booking.com would be contacted for the refund to be placed bacon my card. No follow up could be made because the hotel says they will return my call when I reach out! The room was a $70 room and I was charged over $100 per night. Absolutely ridiculous

Natilee

The room was clean and tidy, in addition to affording one the opportunity to use the swimming pool. It was near the train station, so it was convenient to reach.

Asen

The staff was friendly. We had an issue where my aunt dropped her toothpaste lid and immediately maintenance came to fix it.

Diana

It was really nice. Excellent bed. I slept so good. Clean. No stale odor. I was really satisfied for the price.
